Bad timing as we wanted to list the house in a month after finding out! I went to a couple other companies before Tim and was informed the cost to replace could be anywhere between 12 to 40k. He investigated the issue and found that the line between house and septic tank was plugged. We had no clean out, so he did a search and locate. He found the sewer lateral, exposed the pipe and installed a clean out. He then power snaked the lateral and opened it. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, professional. We will definitely use his services in the future if needed. Highly recommend
